Where do I pick up my Queenstown Superpass?
When you arrive in Queenstown, exchange your purchase confirmation or travel agent voucher for a mypass card at either Snow Centers in Queenstown or at Guest Services on the mountain. Your mypass card will be loaded with all of your Queenstown Superpasses. You can see how many Queenstown Superpasses you have available by checking your balance online. You will need to register your mypass card by entering the webcode on the front of your card.
How do I use my Queenstown superpass on the mountain?
You can use your lift pass to ski or ride at Queenstown’s two ski fields Coronet Peak and The Remarkables. Once you have your mypass card, you can go directly to the lifts at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables. Each day that you go through the lift access gate, one Queenstown Superpass is deducted from your mypass card. One Queenstown Superpass = one day lift pass at Coronet Peak, or The Remarkables (9am - 4pm). You can exchange a day lift pass for a Twilight pass at any Guest Services desk. A Twilight pass is valid at Coronet Peak from 12:30pm - 9pm on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights from late June to late August. BONUS: Fancy a road trip? Queenstown Superpass is also accepted as a Day Lift Pass at Mt Hutt Ski Area in Canterbury.

One Adult Superpass = $78 credit in the Snow Sports School or the retail shop at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables One Youth/Senior Queenstown Superpass = $43 credit in the Snow Sports School or the retail shop at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables.
How do I use my Queenstown Superpass at off-mountain operators?
You can use your Superpass as credit towards over 20 off-mountain activities, retail stores, bars, and restaurants in Queenstown. Present your mypass card when you are paying for your activity or your purchase. One Queenstown Superpass will be deducted by the operator and credited towards your purchase. One Adult Superpass = $78 credit at participating activities of $68 credit at participating retail or food and beverage outlets. One Youth/Senior Queenstown Superpass = $43 credit at participating activities or $38 credit at participating retail or food and beverage outlets. A youth is defined by each operator. At Coronet Peak and The Remarkables youth is defined as 6-17 years. Child is 5 and under.
