3 peak pass benefits

  • The Mountain Collective - 3 Peak Pass holders receive 50% off single day passes at all Mountain Collective resorts for the 2017/2018 ski season. 
  • Unlimited skiing or snowboarding at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt for the entire 2017 ski season
  • FREE night skiing on Fridays and Saturdays. NEW FOR 2017 night skiing will operate Wednesday nights for all of July. 
  • 10% discount at the Sno Shop retail outlets (offer does not apply to sale items or other special offers and you must present your pass at time of purchase)
  • 25% discount on afternoon adult group lessons
  • 10% discount at the ski repair workshop
  • 50% of Lift Passes at Leading Mountain Resorts of the World participating resorts
  • SKI JAPAN FOR FREE - Kiroro Resort, Hokkaido, Japan 
    2016 and 2017 Season Pass holders can ski for FREE at the Kiroro Ski Resort for the duration of their stay at the Kiroro Resorts - Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort or The Kiroro.  Or if you are staying in other accommodation nearby – you are eligible for one free all-day lift pass at Kiroro Ski Resort.

Your season pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • Please remember that once a mypass has been allocated to someone it cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • Never sell on your mypass.
  • Never buy a mypass from anyone other than NZSki.
  • If a mypass is used by anyone other than the person it has been allocated to then this may result in police intervention. We treat this as a serious offense and any parties concerned may be issued with a trespass notice for all Southern Lakes operators, not just NZSki.
  • NZSki Ltd can only offer a refund if you purchase our Pass Protection cover. You need to purchase this medical/injury cover at the time of purchasing your Season Pass. Pass Protection is an additional $40 and is available to purchase at the same time you are purchasing your Season Pass.

Pass Protection costs $40 and can be added to your 3 Peak pass purchase.

PASS PROTECTION IS YOUR INJURY/MEDICAL COVER AND PROVIDES FOR FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND OF THE SEASON PASS WHERE AN INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION PRECLUDES OR SIGNIFICANTLY LIMITS ABILITY TO USE THE PASS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SEASON.

All applications for refund must be made by completing the NZSki 2017 Season Pass Refund Form available from and Guest Service desk. The form MUST BE supported with a doctor's certificate or other evidence acceptable to NZSki. NZSki reserves the right to obtain independent medical advice to validate any claim.

The value of refunds will be calculated based on the use of the pass according to the table below and in conjunction with the following expiry dates. There will be no refunds after 6 weeks from the pass holders first day of pass use. There will be no refunds after 31 August 2017. Refunds extend to the value of the pass type purchased only and do not cover any ancillary or other associated costs. The Pass Protection add-on is regarded as an ancillary cost. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to purchase the pass and the pass will be cancelled.

Children aged five years and under at 1st June 2017 ski for free at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables! Children aged ten years and under at 1st June 2017 ski for free at Mt Hutt.

Children normally receive a free day lift pass from our Guest Services counter each day they go skiing. For your convenience we can produce a mypass card with their Season Pass loaded onto it for children aged five years and under at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables or 10 years and under at Mt Hutt. 

The Season Pass mypass card enables your child to proceed directly to lifts and avoid a visit to Guest Services each time you ski. There is a $20 administration fee for the mypass card. Please enquire at Guest Services.

age definitions

We define your age as at 1 June 2017 irrespective of your date of birth.

Adult - 18 to 64 years

Youth - 6 to 17 years at Coronet Peak & The Remarkables. 11-17 years at Mt Hutt.

Child  - 5 years and under at Coronet Peak and The Remarkables. 10 years and under at Mt Hutt.

Senior  - 65 to 74 years (proof of age may be required)

Super Senior - 75+ years

Students

To meet our ‘Student’ criteria you must be enrolled in full-time, full-year study at a New Zealand or Australian tertiary institution in 2017.

To be considered full-time you must attend such institution for a minimum of 32 weeks in the 2017 calendar year (EFTS course value of 0.8 or more). Paid training courses and apprenticeships do not qualify for Student status.

You will be required to provide:

  1. Your 2017 Student ID card (including photo and expiry date)
  2. AND A letter from your institution proving your full-time, full year status in 2017 (enrolment letters are not accepted)

Please note that unfortunately we do not accept ISIC and BCITO cards.
