Twilight/Night Skiing at Coronet Peak
An absolute 'must do' in Queenstown. Operating for over twenty years, it's a true favourite with locals and visitors alike, providing a unique evening's entertainment and a memorable snow experience. Friday and Saturday nights only from early July until mid-September, weather and snow conditions permitting.
Foot Passes
One return chairlift ride (no skis or boards allowed). Valid for The Coronet Express Chair (Coronet Peak), Summit Six Chair (Mt Hutt) or Shadow Basin Chair (The Remarkables).
Tobogganing
For safety reasons due to the limited amount of suitable terrain we do not allow tobogganing within the Coronet Peak ski area.
Age Definitions
As at June 2012:
| Child | 10 years and under at The Remarkables and Mt Hutt 6 years and under at Coronet Peak. |
| Youth | 11 - 17 years at The Remarkables 7 - 17 years at Coronet Peak and Mt Hutt. Proof of age may be required. |
| Student | 18+ years enrolled full time with a tertiary institution or secondary school. To be considered full time you must attend a New Zealand or Australian institution a minimum of 32 weeks in a calendar year. Student ID and proof of full time status in the form of a letter from the institution will be required to be presented at the time of pass collection. Student ID must have a photo and valid expiry date. ISIC cards not accepted.

Ski Free Every Day Of The Season
At Mt Hutt and The Remarkables, children aged 10 years and under receive FREE day lift passes every day of the season. At Coronet Peak, children aged 6 years and under receive FREE day lift passes every day of the season. At all three mountains, Super Seniors aged 75+ receive FREE day lift passes every day of the season.
mypass
NZSki is the first snowsports company in New Zealand to install a fully re-usable radio frequency, direct to lift pass system available to all customers, at all three mountains. The NZSki pass is called a mypass.
This technology enables you to buy lift passes, lessons or rental online, reducing the amount of time you spend in the ticketing office and also enables you to track your ski visits, runs and vertical metres at all three mountains through your personal profile on the the mypass website.
