Christchurch

Christchurch International Airport is the main gateway to the South Island. Canterbury's mountains, lakes and rivers are the backdrop to an array of activities and adventure, like Mt Hutt ski area - the perfect place to start your NZ holiday!

The major airlines fly into Christchurch International Airport, namely Air New Zealand, Qantas, Freedom Air and Singapore Airlines. Now Pacific Blue, a Virgin company, flies direct to Christchurch from Brisbane with more destinations planned.

Queenstown

With several flights each week from Sydney & weekly from Melbourne & Brisbane (Saturday), this alpine adventure town acts as the perfect winter escape destination.

With premier ski areas Coronet Peak and The Remarkables close at hand and access to Mt Hutt (via Christchurch, a short 55 minute flight away) a total New Zealand ski experience is easily achieved. Air New Zealand & Qantas service the domestic & Trans-Tasman links to Queenstown.
