Its vintage Coronet Peak today with blue skies, cold temperatures and perfect winter snow. All trails have been topped up with machine made snow and have been groomed overnight. Our team of big red tractors are opening up new runs every day, check our Six Years for some challenging terrain. Don't forget it's night ski tonight so grab your mates and head up to celebrate the end of the working week in style.


Word of the day is BLUEBIRD, it really doesn't get much better than this. Clear skies no wind and great snow!

Access Road

Road is chain free for all vehicles. Heavy grit has been applied so please drive with care.

We have a big day of fun in sun and on the slopes for you at Coronet peak. We have the very entertaining and hilarious Fireman's challenges where teams of Firemen and women in full kit will race to pull members of the public with fire hoses up the slopes in front of the base buildings viewing deck at 12 midday AND remember it's Red Nose Day which is a great cause to get involved in so bring you happy red noses and join in the winter fun at Coronet Peak!

All Lifts

Check out our local Fireman lapping Coronet Express today between 8-10am raising money for the Bruce Grant Youth Trust.

Our high speed 6 seater will give you access to the entire west end of the mountain and our Ice Bar!

Our beginner chairlift is even high speed with a loading conveyor to get you safely to the top of the Big Easy.

Our T-Bar is a great spot to watch some of the worlds biggest names in ski racing training for the next big event. If you like things a little slower, Heidi's Hut restaurant await you at the base.

Upcoming Events

The day doesn’t have to end at 4pm.  On Friday and Saturday night the Coronet Express and the Meadows Express stay open until 9pm.  Have some runs under lights, grab a pizza from the restaurant and sit round one of the braziers on the deck.  What a great end to the day.
