Access Conditions

1. These are NZSki Ltd Terms of Access (the Terms) which apply to all NZSki Ltd websites www.nzski.com, www.coronetpeak.co.nz, www.theremarkables.co.nz, www.mthutt.co.nz, www.parklifenz.co.nz, www.nzsuperpass.co.nz, (the Site or the Sites). If you use the Sites you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and agree to be bound by them.
2. NZSki may change the Terms from time to time. Using any NZSki Site after the Terms have changed means you accept the changed Terms.
3. The use of the Sites and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of New Zealand. By using the Sites, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
4. The Sites contain links to third party sites. However, as monitoring the information disseminated and accessible through those third party sites links is impracticable, such information cannot be guaranteed to be accurate or up to date. NZSki takes no responsibility for its accuracy.
5. Any views or opinions expressed by advertisers or contributors of the Sites are not necessarily the views of NZSki.
6. You acknowledge that neither NZSki, nor its suppliers or distributors guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any information on the Sites. You agree that neither NZSki nor its suppliers or service providers shall be liable to you for any loss or injury whether direct or indirectly arising out of or caused by the use of any information on the Sites.
7. The Bookit feature of the Sites is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate bookings and purchase of these products and services contain within and for no other purposes. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the sites (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage by minors of the Sites under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using the Sites is true and accurate and without limitation, or any false or fraudulent reservation or purchase. You agree that the Bookit facilities of the sites shall be used only to make legitimate reservations and purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the Bookit facilities of the sites may result in your being denied access to such facilities products and services.
   
   For any reservation or purchase of product or other services for which fees are applicable to be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Sites.

This NZSki Ltd websites are protected by copyright. You may print out individual articles or pages for your private use but no form of distribution or making available to the public (whether in print or electronic form) of any of this website's content is permitted.

Copyright in some of the content included in the sites is held by its suppliers. These include NZSki and various worldwide partners.

The copyright in weather information is owned by Meteorological Service of New Zealand Limited (MetService). You may download and print a single copy of a forecast for your personal non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, modify, display, or distribute this forecast in any form without MetService's prior consent

The copyright, licensing rights and other intellectual property rights for imagery accessed via the Sites online image gallery, is owned or controlled by NZSki Ltd. All images are protected under copyright laws of New Zealand and under international conventions and similar laws abroad.

The availability and use of our imagery is provided for the sole purpose of assisting the travel trade and media in the promotion of Mt Hutt, The Remarkables and Coronet Peak. Our photographer contracts preclude us from passing on the images for the direct commercial gain of 3rd parties. Every use of any imagery for feature stories, press, media or promotional purposes in every instance images must include credits to
